Kansas Drivers License Services at our office include: Replacements Please remember to bring proper proof of identification to the office when changing your driver's license. If you have lost your license and do not have an expired one please bring two forms of ID. If you need a list of acceptable forms of ID click here. Note: This office is not a full service drivers license station. Original driver's license, original commercial drivers license, reinstatements, and some other special considerations must be provided by a full service Kansas Drivers License Station. Our closest full service stations are located in Chanute (Tues through Fri), Iola (Weds & Thurs) and Burlington (Tues & Fri). We do however do Instructional Permits and Restricted licenses if the teen has completed Driver's Education and has the DE-99 form. For answers on commonly asked questions for teen driving click here. For any additional information contact the Kansas Dept of Revenue or call customer service at 1-785-296-3963. If your license is suspended or revoked and you need information please call Driver Control at 1-785-296-3671. You will automatically be opted-out (meaning the state can not sell your personal information) however, if you wish to opt-in (make your files available to the public) then there are forms available to fill out. You will be given the opportunity to change your information on your voter registration this will need to be done with all address changes. If you currently have your social security number as your Driver's License number you will be issued a number at random that no one else in the state has. However, starting July 1st, 03 you will still be expected to provide your S.S.N. in order to be given your license. You will need to know if you want to be an organ donor, please discuss this decision with your family as they make the final decision on the matter. Please be prepared to answer these questions along with others when you come in to our office. Thank you.
