When titling a vehicle there are lots of elements that could effect the outcome of what is needed in order to accomplish your transaction.   You might want to keep in mind how your other vehicles are registered, it is a lot easier for you and the County Treasurer if the name and the designator are the same on all of your vehicles.  The state recommends that if there is going to be more than one name on the title that you use the designator 'or' between the names.  If you use 'and', then all involved will have to be present to sign documents at all times.  For more information, click on the following links......
